Sandie is founder and chief visionary for Heart-Soul Living. A graduate of the
Four Winds Society's
Healing the Light Body school and Way of the Sage programs, she is a full mesa carrier in a lineage of Andean shamans. Continued shamanic explorations and training enhance ways she can support the blossoming of fellow souls' journeys and their dance with Life.Sandie has studied with Alberto Villoldo, Ph.D., Linda Fitch, Sylvia Nachlinger and Connie Grauds. R.Ph. She is also trained in the Munay-Ki transmissions, a series of energetic gateways for transformation. A Certified Acupressure Massage Technician, Sandie's acupressure skills deepen the ways she can support a fellow soul's journey through many levels, from the physical body to emotions, mind, soul and spirit. Employing another ancient system in a modern context, she continues to explore ways to dance with the body's energies in the service of others at the Acupressure Institute. Sandie's experiences with human resources and her affinity for research, along with her training in shamanic practice and acupressure, allows her to blend the practical with the mystical and the “ordinary” with the “profound,” in a space where distinctions and the intellect can be wonderful tools and can also be embraced in a more spacious and dynamic heart-space of Love.
